* When making a boarding reservation, we require a 1 night non-refundable deposit made at time of booking. As long as the reservation is not cancelled, this deposit will go towards your final bill.

* If you cancel more than 7 days prior to 6AM on drop off day, there is no cancellation fee

* If you cancel 7 days or less prior to 6AM on drop off day, you will owe 100% of your reservation

* If dog(s)/cat(s) is/are picked up earlier than their scheduled pick up day, owners are still financially responsible for remainder of dog/cats(s) scheduled reservation

* Weekend boarding requires a 2 night minimum reservation (Fri-Sun)
